How reviews work

A review is linked to a real, opened and paid Costavy connection. The customer must own that connection and the available case evidence must support review eligibility. This does not mean Costavy has inspected the entire execution of the work.

Reviews and responses are moderated before publication. A negative score alone is not grounds for rejection. Deception, personal data, abuse and unrelated content may be withheld. Companies can reply and replies are also moderated. Customers may withdraw their review. Report disputes to [email protected].
