Questions about comparison and contact
Is Costavy only for roofing?
No. The product architecture supports the full building and renovation sector. Roofing is the first editorially and operationally prepared pilot cell.
Will I always see five companies?
No. Costavy aims to show three to five suitable companies when genuinely available. With insufficient supply, the campaign must not pretend that count has been reached.
When does a company see my contact details?
Not in the initial anonymised preview. Contact fields are released later per company and per field, for a clear purpose and after your explicit consent.
Can every company buy a connection?
No. Current verification, service, area, capacity, invitation, consent and prepaid wallet funds must comply with platform rules.
Where do I compare quotes?
Valid proposals should remain in the same project file so scope, timing, conditions and open questions can be assessed on one basis.
Does Savi provide technical or legal advice?
Savi structures information and retrieves sources. It does not replace an architect, engineer, lawyer, inspection body or competent contractor.
