Only genuinely available supply

A region shown on a map does not automatically mean sufficient supply for every trade and timeframe. Campaigns should open only for an active, recently reviewed coverage area with real remaining capacity.

When the required number of suitable companies is unavailable, Costavy must say so instead of filling the gap with demo or unconfirmed profiles.

What is checked per region

active services and verified companies
the service area declared by each company
remaining operational capacity
local or regional source context for rules
the next review date for supply and content
